since Kenrokuen (兼六園)is just right across the street, took a very quick glance to enjoy this beautiful garden (they close at 6pm, we only have an hr of time > <)
It was about time to have dinner after strolling around big garden, headed to Nishichaya (西茶屋) area for dinner...
It's one of the old downtown in the city, when we got there stores were pretty much closed; except intimidating restaurants were still open, and learned later on; most of the restaurants there don't take first time customer, luckily, we walked in to a friendly one, ojisan welcome us with warm smile, don't even mind we can only spend 35,000 yen for omakase. :) it was a very decent meal, sashimi were fresh.. (it wasn't polite to take pictures in there, sorry no pictures to show, only in my sweet memory~~~)
on the side note, if you can get there a bit earlier, ojisan mentioned there is a store toward the end of the alley selling yummy small bites, but since we were there so late, so pic only...
